Bevan's Butchers

We have four wonderfully distinct shops scattered throughout Surrey but Kingston remains at the core of what we do. Here, all of our unique products are handmade, ranging from flavourful sausages to colourful stir-fries. We also specialise in the long-lost art of whole carcass butchery, 30-day dry-aged grass-fed beef and farm to fork traceability.

Byford's Food Hall

Byford’s Food Hall is a family run business in Leigh-on-sea. Starting out as a butcher’s shop in 1967 Robert has grown the business into a convenience store with the help of his son Simon and store manager Steve. This unique neighbourhood convenience store has provided the same quality butchery for over 50 years alongside a pie kitchen and sandwich bar. Byford’s specialise in products that are made on premises with the best ingredients to make it stand out from the rest. Over the decades they have won many awards for their products, from winners of the British Champions Cup at an International Food Competition to more recently Supreme Champion winners for their beef pasty at the 2020 craft butchers awards. The Byford family will continue to provide quality products and customer service long into the future.

Colin Davies Quality Foods

Since 1976, we’ve been preparing high class, innovative and creative food – at least that’s what you’ve been telling us! Supplying the wonderful people of Gowerton, Swansea and beyond with a range of exquisite cuts, home-cooked meats, and many of our own, original dishes, everyone is welcome to visit our multi-award winning, family run team.

And essentially, family is what we’re all about. Originally established at Dunvant Square, Swansea, we’re now am established, second generation business. After Colin’s retirement, the business was passed on to his son, Chris, and we still embody the friendly, customer focused values that he ingrained in the business from day one.

Priding ourselves not just on the quality of our food, but also the dedication and innovation that goes into creating them, we’ve won awards in every major butchery competition in the UK.

F Doncaster

Founded in 1920 by Charles Frederick Doncaster On Portland Street in Newark, F. Doncasters Butchers has become an integral part of the community of independent traders in the town. For nearly 100 years we have sourced quality local produce to the people of Newark and surrounding villages. We have also expanded our family business to include shops in Claypole and Southwell.

Now fourth generation, F. Doncaster’s Butchers is still a family run business that prides itself on producing most products in-store, when we say homemade, we mean homemade! We are passionate and professional butchers with a century of knowledge and skill, which we are keen to share with you! While we are always proud of our past and traditions, we strive to stay current with new ideas and innovations.

Elite Meat

Award-winning butcher, Elite Meat, started out in 1999 through two brothers, Gordon and Andrew. As sons of a local farming family, both knew the value of good quality and locally produced Yorkshire meat. Since then, Elite Meat’s shop near Harrogate has gone from strength to strength. Elite Meat are a traditional butcher catering for individual and trade customers across the North.

Farmers' Pantry Butchers

Rhodri and Gaynor Davies of Rosedew Farm, Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan have been supplying their home grown meat to the public for many years but with an ever increasing demand they opened their ‘Farmers Pantry’ Butchers shop in Llantwit Major and within a matter of months had to move to bigger premises, such was the popularity and demand for their produce. A second shop is now open in Whitchurch, Cardiff.

Fields' of Anlaby

I opened Fields’ Butchers in the village of Anlaby back in 1994 aged 24 – the first in my family to become a butcher. I am passionate about the trade and I enjoy sourcing quality meats and producing quality products.

Fields’ have won many awards over the years, but my proudest moment was winning The Meat Trades Journals, “Butchers Shop of the Year”

From opening the doors as a traditional butcher I have diversified into bakery, this is busy part of the business now, Fields’ also includes a deli, take away, buffet catering and mobile deli vans.

Fields’ specialise in homemade, ready prepared products which are convenient for our customers, traditional quality and service but catering for today’s busy lifestyle.

Fuller's Butchers & Farm Shop

The Fuller Family has had a long established relationship with the ‘Food Lovers of Tunbridge Wells’ and our farm shop is able to offer you a much greater range that will tickle your taste buds.

Fuller’s Farm Shop has the full range of locally sourced meats from Sussex beef, local lamb and free range pork as does our butchers shop in Hawkenbury all served by our expert Butchers with nearly 50 years’ experience to give you all the advice you need on cuts of meats and cooking tips.

Alongside the butchery you will find a wonderful array of local artisan foods with wines and beers from the vineyards of Kent and Sussex, beautiful hand crafted cheeses and fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables.

Our extensive deli range can complement any of our produce sold to help create a wonderful meal or lunchtime snack.

Gigli’s was founded in 1987 as a high street butcher’s shop in the heart of the Fylde Coast by David Gigli.

Over the years the business has grown and developed but our ethos remains the same – to provide the highest quality meat and food products to our customers with quality and personal service.

Hall's of Hazlemere

Hall’s of Hazlemere is a family run business and has been open in Hazlemere since 1966. Originally opened by Walter Hall, it was taken over by his youngest son, Graham, in 1978. To this day we are still a family run business, with Graham continuing to work hard at maintaining a reputation for supplying high-quality meat and produce in a warm and friendly setting.

Hambleton Farms

Our team is what makes Hambleton’s Extra Special. Each member is a true foodie at heart which gives them great confidence and experience to be able to help with any questions or advice you may need. Our expert Master Butchers, specialist Deli Assistants, Bakers and Chefs all form part of the Hambleton’s Family.

You will find our home farm on the edge of Rutland Water. But we source from a number of farms and as close to each of our stores as possible. Ingredients we use in our kitchen also are sourced from as close to home as possible and for their taste and quality.

Haywards Farmshop

Haywards farmshop was established in 2016 and has changed every year since. When we first moved in, we completely stripped and refitted the whole shop giving it a brand-new lease of life inside and out using the same colour scheme as our butcher shop. We wanted the farmshop to have a European feel to it by promoting fresh, local vibrant products. We have made haywards farmshop a one stop shop for everything needed when it comes to meal planning. We now have a fantastic courtyard area which is used for events such as supper clubs and meat festivals. With our new kitchen coming online soon we hope to push forward with new lines and products.

Haywards butchers have been established for 27 years now and in 2016 underwent a shop refit which brought it into the 21st century. We pride ourselves on tasty local produce. We have a huge offering for our customer base and always trying new products. Haywards Butchers has been supplying local caterers for over 15 years and we understand the unique needs of commercial kitchens. We work closely with chefs and restauranteurs to agree pricing, specification and produce selection for daily and specials menus. Mayo Brothers

Mayo Brothers Butchers situated in Chesham Bois, between Amersham and Chesham, specialize in prime, grass-fed Scotch Beef hung for a minimum of 3 weeks on the bone to allow the flavours to develop and the meat to become wonderfully tender.

We also stock Welsh Hill lamb, outdoor reared pork, and free range chicken, homemade sausages, burgers, a selection of homemade ready meals together with a wide selection of frozen fish. We have an extensive range of fine cheeses in our deli counter, which also includes olives, cured meats, cooked hams etc.

Millin’s of Tiptree was established as a local family butchers in 1969 by Gordon Millin. The shop is now owned by Gordons sons, Darren and John Millin, who continue to provide a quality service to the local area.
